- most work done for this month. a couple hours unbilled. mostly finished project.

MJW (pc)
- digital coaching sessions paid and first few books

- pretty busy. also buddies.
- working on project for “one of EU govs” (https://citiesforchange.org/?locale=en). for conf. bought some servers. all paid labour. outside normal structure of meet.coop. pay cycle coming up.
- going into hibernation mode. turning down everything except server upkeep. most of highly involved ppl already agreeing.
- would rather dial down so not splitting money so many ways.
- looking to raise $100K to come in with full capacity

Discussions

Update from infra on email and calendaring
- dc: not sure recommended usage for email and calendar. what is the right flow?
- dc: “have tried everything, and can’t get invites working”
  - know that Thunderbird just had codebase update
- gi: need a little more info on what systems ppl are using
- gi: some issues tagged for caldav and activesync as possible solutions
  - in the gh issue
- pc: having infra be bookable? 1:1 to resolve?
- dc: i think it’s ok for infra to be like “this is the sanctioned combo”
- yj: hard to know what works these days. open protocols don’t work well.
- dc: would be nice if infra could follow up with people
  - sometimes hard to know what infra needs
- dc: forms! yes, if helpful!
- dc: el created new flow on shared SOGO calendars
- dc: only make calendar invite from @hypha.coop
- potential: move calendars into one place, instead of straddling.
- pc: don’t experience these cal problems, and a bit reluctant to move to SOGO
- proposal: create form to collect info on what ppl use. if it’s possible to fix, do so. if not, create a recommendation

  - no expectation of work on public holidays. MOAR HOLIDAYS: May Day. Civic Holiday. Remembrance Day. “OFFICE CLOSED” for now
  - no policy for sick/etc time, just email ops
