        • Hypha is a quarterly remitter, can we file monthly anyways, and what does Wagepoint currently do?

            As a quarterly remitter, you have to send us your remittance by the 15th of the month after the end of each quarter. The remittance quarters end on the last day of March, June, September and December. 
            

        • We need to file a nil for Feb, should I do that?
    • Submit payroll numbers before March 10 (approx)
      • #todo make sure we have all employees set up in wagepoint and have their SIN + TD1/TD1-ON
      • #todo work with projects to do timesheets and enter appropriate pay amounts

  • bl: do we need to go through Wagepoint / Quickbooks
    • yj: this can be completely outside of payroll
    • yj: we need to file them into quickbooks for internal tracking
  • bl: do I have to submit reimbursements by a specific date? legally and for financial planning purposes…
    • quarterly? annual? line up with statement period ends?
  • bl: put through wagepoint and payroll, or as separate cheque?
  • bl: plan to do as much as possible ourselves, and after AGM transfer all that work to bookkeeper
