- #190 some work is paid vs unpaid, but there are requirements around min wage. bl has added clarifications in handbook, unpaid work goes in as owner/volunteer, paid work is done by us as workers.
  - uv: how will labour patronage work?
  - hours can inform but will not be directly used to pay out if we have surplus
  - consensed to rename ourselves to member-worker (not member-owner)

- talking to hema/rodica about fiscal year end, getting books ready, do our returns, review bylaws (including setting up reserve accounts), possibly fund this through cwcf grant

- fiscal hosting for open collective, meet.coop, platform 6 is similar to us. we can borrow research/practice from them. fiscal hosting timeline is late september

Infrastructure wg:infrastructure
